Why zip files?

I think these should not be Zip files. Either check them in and link to a source URL, or make Wiki pages for the source or -- I don't know, but downloading archives is very disruptive when you are trying to get a feel for the technology. I'll do it myself when I have a moment if nobody beats me to it -- Zell

Zip File Issue

I've just tried to download the .zip file for the note and it won't unzip on my computer. Vista is claiming that the folder is empty. --Sadiekate 16:09, 14 June 2008 (PDT)
