PlayerSubControl awards prizes and trophies to players, tells you which item packs they own, and allows for the reading and writing of persistent per-player state which we call cookies.

It is also the source of CoinsAwardedEvent.COINS_AWARDED events that let your game know precisely how many coins a player received due to a payout you initiated.
